PULSE

Stability and control meets flow in this 50-minute class. PULSE classes have a form and technique focus with intervals of cardio mixed in to get your heart rate up. Slower in pace to a POWER class (but do not mistake this as ‘easier’.. your muscles will shake, you will sweat, and you will feel stronger!). Expect stretching and light meditation to start, followed by muscle group focused flows with plenty of optional layers; to pulse, hold, strengthen and lengthen. PULSE classes are beginner friendly.

POWER

Our signature cardio and strength-focussed reformer class. 50 minutes of dynamic, high-intensity flows and a whole-body burn; with a cool down and stretch out to finish. Expect elements to your class such as layered HIIT style pilates sequences, gradual overloading challenges, circuits, or jumpboard sequences. Intervals of strength and resistance training will be strategically programmed in between, to really target specific muscle groups. Due to the faster-flowing nature of a POWER class, past Reformer Pilates attendance is recommended, but beginners are welcome.

Class Types

We offer two main class types throughout the week: POWER and PULSE. These Reformer Pilates classes offer different styles of dynamic movement to ultimately lead you in the same direction of physical strength, mobility and wellness; especially when both types are incorporated in your weekly fitness routine. On Sunday’s we offer a special stretch, release and reset class: PAUSE.

PAUSE

A Sunday special. Whether you are in need of a well deserved stretch and release after a long week, or wish to reset your muscles, ligaments and state of mind for the next week ahead, this 50-minute session has you sorted.

Please note: In their own time, instructors will carefully curate a new class plan for either POWER, PULSE or PAUSE each day, and this plan will not change during their shift of teaching a certain class type (unless modification is necessary for medical reasons for yourself or another client). If you wish to double up on classes one day, we kindly ask you to either choose time slots that allow you to one class type followed by another or you will be instructed to do the same class twice (if this repetition does not bother you, no stress!).
