Pilates Reformer

Pull

Pull is our strength and control meets flow in this 50-minute class. Slower in pace to a Push class (but not ‘easier’.. your muscles will shake, you will sweat, and you will feel stronger!). Form and technique focus with intervals of cardio mixed in to get that heart rate up. Expect exercise flows curated to teach you to pull up through your centre, strengthen, lengthen and feel the burn. Pull classes are beginner friendly (but plenty of layers will be offered for more experienced attendees). 

Push

Push is our signature class. 50 minutes of dynamic, high-intensity flows with a cardio focus and whole-body burn. Expect elements such as circuits, dropsets, or jumpboard sequences (or all three!). Due to the faster-flowing nature of a Push class, past reformer pilates attendance is recommended.

Class Styles

We offer two types of classes: Push and Pull. They are not opposites of each other, rather they offer different styles of movement to ultimately lead you to the same outcome of physical wellness and success.
